Cleaning is the last thing on your mind when you move into or out of your house. Let us do the grunt work. The goal of move-out/move-in cleaning is to give your home a new, rejuvenated appearance by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the kitchen, bathrooms, and all other areas. We charge $40.00 per hour per person for the first initial cleaning service, with a base price of $120.00. Everything is supplied. If you choose to become a regular client after the initial cleaning, you will receive a fixed price.

ProTidy House Cleaning offers market prep deep cleaning to prepare your home for photos and showings. We also provide Move-In/Out Cleaning, which includes thoroughly scrubbing the kitchen and bathrooms; deep cleaning inside and outside cabinets, drawers, pantry, appliances, washer/dryer, vanities, and closets; washing all woodwork and fixtures; vacuuming carpets; and washing floors. We provide market prep, move-in/out, and rental Unit cleaning services in the cities surrounding: Algonquin, Barrington, Bartlett, Cary, Crystal Lake, Dundee, Elgin, Hampshire, Huntley, Marengo, McHenry, Palatine, Schaumburg, St. Charles, Wauconda, and Woodstock.
