Each member of the ProTidy cleaning Family is meticulously selected after scrutinizing hundreds of applications and performing dozens of interviews. Once carefully chosen, the new apprentice (usually experienced) receives 40 hours of intense training to learn our time-tested multi-step processes. They work independently to build amazing relationships and service homes close to their residence. The supervisor, Becca, keeps each staff member supplied with a commercial HEPA vacuum, name-brand products, and essential equipment.

Kathy Skonieczny (2005-Current): After being a stay-at-home mom for several years and with the girls off to school full-time, it was time to start figuring out a way to pay for their college. I became a loan processor and was quite successful, even earning awards for the most loans closed, but after a period of time, it became a concern that juggling the kids' schedules with long hours away from home was taking too much of a toll on my family.

Since I worked for a cleaning service in my early 20s and was still a "neat freak", I decided to start cleaning homes again. It wasn't long before managing the growing schedule became a challenge, so together Ben (my husband) and I put together an intense training program and wrote up a business & marketing plan different from any other service in the industry. In 2007, we incorporated, hired our first team member, and threw ourselves completely into becoming the best family-oriented cleaning professionals around.

Ben Skonieczny (2010-Current): Once we were well established, I (Ben) joined full-time to help with marketing, streamlining workflow, infrastructure, and estimating. My background is in manufacturing processes and automation,

Alicia (2016-2018): After earning her bachelor's in business administration, our daughter Alicia worked for ProTidy until she had a daughter in 2018 and a son in 2020. She currently works in property and casualty insurance.

Bianca (2021-2023): Our daughter Bianca earned her bachelor's in communication in 2019. After working in that industry for a brief period, realized she had a passion for nursing. While attending nursing school, she worked for ProTidy between 2021 and 2023. She is now a Registered Nurse and became a mother to a beautiful girl in 2024.

Krystyna (2025-Current): Our daughter Krystyna has a passion for beauty and, after earning her associate's degree, is now working toward a cosmetology license. She is currently working for ProTidy while in school as well. She has 300k followers & 10 million likes across her social media platforms. Krystyna is an amazing entrepreneur. 

FITNESS...!!! Fitness is a big part of our lives. In addition to running this amazing business, Kathy has a passion for tennis and is certified to teach Pilates: Reformer, Tower, and Chair, along with Cardio Boxing, Spin/Cycle, TRX, and BOSU. Ben is a Pickleball and fitness enthusiast, and Certified Master Boat Captain (MMC).

This is a very exciting time for the ProTidy cleaning family!!! We have the organizational structure to provide a consistent, reliable, and thorough cleaning service experience. The team works diligently, day and night, to deliver the highest-quality service and feels that our commitment, hard work, and dedication are reflected in our growing list of satisfied customers. So many families and businesses are bogged down by hectic schedules, and we wish to provide some sanity and the great feeling you get when you walk into a freshly cleaned home.
